For example, the phones sometimes would ring out during the class which may completely annoyed the teacher. And it would be very embarrassed when the phone suddenly rings at the meetings. Students in class also like to send messages which would affect their studies.

　　We may need phones to get touch with our friends and relatives. But it is also very necessary to turn off our phones some particular occasions like having classes in the classroom or attending meetings to show your politeness. 　　Although cell phone use can be dangerous while driving but sometimes it can be a time-saver - you are driving and simultanesouly discussing some urgent matter as well. A sensible and only urgent usage during driving can be a great help at times.

The portable kinetic energy chargers will be given a test run at this year's Glastonbury Festival, the world's biggest greenfield music and arts celebration that begins on a farm in Somerset on Friday. Orange said the prototype chargers weigh the same as a phone and are about the size of a pack of cards. Attached to the user's arm, they employ a system of weights and magnets which provide an electric current to top up charge in a storage battery. This can then later be used to recharge the phone. "We wanted to create a fun, engaging and interactive product which would encourage users to have a laugh while charging their mobile phone and at the same time test out a new energy-efficient prototype," said Hattie Magee, Head of Partnerships at Orange UK.

　　As for me ,I have deeply felt the charm of the Internet . My best friend went aboard for further study two years ago . At the begining,I didn't get used to that and therefore suffered from melancholy,tossing and turning late at night,missing her terribly.Fortunately, my irits didn't sink for too long as it suddenly occured to me that why don't we keep in touch through the Internet? By sharing WeChat moments and using video calls ,we didn't drift apart, but became closer instead. Even though we are tens of thousands of miles apart, I feel like she's always by my side.

　　Science and Technology not only establishes a bridge of communications between friends ,but also offers a broad platform where we can freely express ourselves and maybe resonate with people we've never met before.Whenever you find your life unsatisfying,on the Internet,there 's a free world for you to place your lonely soul. What's more ,we get information through Science and Technology beyond limitations of time and ace.That's why people can unite as one to offer timely help whenever disasters strike.

　　As it walks into tens of thousands of households,Sience and Technology has effectively shortened the distance between people .But I believe some of you are not in favor of this viewpoint ,right?Maybe you think Science and Technology is the chief culprit that makes the distance between people's hearts farther and farther,since more and more people are getting network addition,paying too much attention to the virtual world rather than people and things around them. From my point of view ,however,Science and Technology is not to blame,because what kind of influence it brings into our life depends on how we make use of it. For example, using a smartphone on the train or sofa can cause back and neck pain. What’s more, looking at a small screen for a long time can cause vision problems.

　　一份近來(lái)的'研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：三分之二的上班族在下班時(shí)間繼續(xù)使用智能型手機(jī)工作。這些所謂的「屏幕奴隸」在回家途中及回家后都黏在他們的智能型手機(jī)前。這可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致健康問(wèn)題，例如：在火車或沙發(fā)上使用手機(jī)可能造成背部和頸部疼痛。更甚者，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間看著屏幕可能造成視力問(wèn)題。

　　In Chinese Taiwan, there was even a man who lost the use of his index finger because he played games on his smartphone for up to six hours a day. People who use their smartphones too often also complain of headaches, increased stress, and losing sleep at night. So perhaps we need to learn to be less dependent on our smartphones, and put them down once in a while.

　　在中國(guó)臺(tái)灣，甚至有人因?yàn)槊刻煊弥悄苄褪謾C(jī)玩游戲長(zhǎng)達(dá)六小時(shí)，而食指失去功能。太常使用智能型手機(jī)的人也抱怨頭痛、壓力加大，并且有失眠等癥狀。所以我們或許要學(xué)習(xí)減少依賴智能型手機(jī)，偶爾將它們放下。
